A real estate expert and chief executive officer of Cipriani Limited, Segun Maku says it is crucial for developers to deploy innovative ways in real estate construction across the country as the world has gone digital

Speaking to newsmen recently in Abuja, he stated that without innovation and smart buildings, the real estate sector will not achieve its needed growth

Recall  that Cipriani recently entered into a partnership with the Federal Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation to develop a smart city in Abuja. Maku revealed that the partnership aims to integrate advanced technology, innovation, and sustainability into Abuja’s infrastructure to pave the way for a future-focused urban environment.

“In the early days of the ConnectU/Facebook story, we have been mentoring Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss and contributing to their journey, which ultimately shaped the modern digital and cryptocurrency landscape.

In addition, we are pioneering 3D house printing technology as part of Nigeria’s drive toward smart cities”.
