According to him, Dr. Ebune’s leadership has prioritised productivity, reflecting a deep understanding of the value of human capital and investment in the growth of the hospital. His approach to patient welfare, staff reorientation, and resource mobilisation has improved staff morale and productivity
He added that the CMD has also deployed personal resources to establish an “Emergency Fund” to facilitate quality service delivery.

Responding, Dr. Ebune expressed appreciation for the recognition and reiterated his commitment to creating a more accessible environment that promotes equality and inclusion for persons with disabilities.
The acting CMD thanked the association for the honour, noting that he was simply playing his part in building a more inclusive society.
