Nigerian music producer and record executive Don Jazzy has shared the qualities he looks for in an ideal romantic partner.

The Mavin Records boss, whose real name is Michael Collins Ajereh, spoke about his preferences during an appearance on the podcast Is This Seat Taken.

According to him, he is particularly attracted to women with calm, gentle personalities, explaining that he prefers relationships that are peaceful and free from unnecessary tension, and that he tends to avoid situations that could lead to conflict or stress.

He noted that aggressive behaviour or frequent arguments quickly put him off, stressing that he prefers harmony in his personal life.

“My ideal woman for dating, in order of importance, first of all, you have to be a freak. I don’t know how I found that out, but it is one. Secondly, you have to be soft both in body and personality,” he said.

He further explained that he cannot tolerate shouting or confrontational behaviour in a relationship.
