Europa League: Aina Rallies Nottingham Forest’s Fans For Aston Villa Showdown

Ola Aina has challenged Nottingham Forest’s fans to crank up the noise ahead of their Europa League semi-final tie against Aston Villa.

Vítor Pereira’s side will host their fellow Premier League side in the first leg at the City Ground on Thursday evening.

The Tricky Trees will be desperate to record a comfortable lead in the first leg to make the reverse fixture a mere formality.

Aina believed the fans have a role to play in helping the players achieve their objective.

“They’ll help us a lot, we need them to crank it up for us, and we need to hear them throughout the whole game because they do drive us forward a lot,” Aina told the club’s official website.

Nottingham Forest last won a European trophy in 1980.
