Headquartered in Ilorin, Kwara State, the company has recorded significant growth, strengthening its position in the industry and gearing up for expansion beyond its initial base.

Chief Executive Officer, Fola Oyedeji, while speaking with journalists at the occasion Tuesday, highlighted the company’s mission to address housing deficits and democratise real estate ownership in emerging markets, a goal that has driven EVC’s growth and success over the past two years.

However, it’s not just the company’s projects and expansion plans that have made waves; EVC’s staff members also emphasise the brand’s positive impact on their professional growth and personal development.

Several team members provided insights into their experiences, offering a glimpse into EVC’s internal culture and future trajectory.
