Femi Adebayo’s Estranged Wife Clears Toyin Abraham, Funke Akindele of Marriage Crash Allegations

Omotayo Sanusi, the estranged wife of Nollywood actor and filmmaker Femi Adebayo, has dismissed viral allegations linking actresses Toyin Abraham and Funke Akindele to the collapse of her marriage.

Sanusi, popularly known as Iyan Aladuke, addressed the rumours in a statement shared on her Instagram page after a video by social media personality Mama Esabod reignited the claims online.

According to the circulating narrative, Toyin Abraham allegedly informed Sanusi that Femi Adebayo and Funke Akindele were romantically involved during the filming of Jagun Jagun Part 2. The claims further alleged that Sanusi confronted Akindele on set, triggering events that contributed to the breakdown of her marriage.

Refuting the allegations, Sanusi described them as completely false, stressing that she never confronted or harassed anyone during the production.

She explained that she spent more than a month on the Jagun Jagun Part 2 set, where she supervised the welfare of over 500 cast and crew members alongside her team. According to her, it would have been impossible for such a public confrontation to occur without witnesses or evidence.

Sanusi also denied making any accusations against Funke Akindele, challenging those spreading the claims to provide proof. As of the time of reporting, Femi Adebayo, Toyin Abraham and Funke Akindele had not publicly responded.
