A real estate firm, T. Pumpy Concept, has said it is dedicated to community development, and expressed its readiness to offer affordable land for sale in Abuja.

The firm’s CEO, Akintayo Aderalegbe, who spoke with some journalists in Abuja at the sidelines of a real estate roadshow featuring Nigerian celebrities in Abuja, emphasised the project’s goal to make land ownership accessible, with plots priced at four million naira, while showcasing the capabilities of Nigerian youths.

“This project demonstrates that Nigerian youths can do more than protest; they can showcase Nigeria’s beauty to the world,” Aderalegbe stated

He noted that the land comes with statutory documents and Certificates of Occupancy (C of O), meeting all government requirements, and highlighted the firm’s achievements, including the completion of over 50,000 housing units, and plans to collaborate with the government to address housing deficits.

“We have been doing this for a while and will continue to do so. You can see what we are working on now. We are showcasing our new site in Kaba district, demonstrating that Nigerian youths can do more than just protest. We can showcase the beauty of Nigeria to the general public and the diaspora.

“The land we are discussing is in the heart of Abuja, specifically in Kaba district. For N4 million, you can own land. This is incredibly affordable, even compared to my village. The land comes with statutory documents and Certificates of Occupancy (C of O), meeting all government requirements.

“We have discovered that our people want good service for their money. We started not long ago and have already completed over 50,000 housing units. This year, we plan to do more than 20,000. We are collaborating with the government to address housing deficits.

“During our roadshow, we present our documents transparently, allowing you to verify them with any government agency. We print them out for you to see; our documents speak for themselves,” Aderalegbe stated.

He emphasised the transparency of their operations, noting that all project documents are verifiable with government agencies.

He emphasised the project aims to stimulate economic growth, provide affordable housing solutions, and promote sustainable development and community empowerment by leveraging the skills and innovation of Nigerian youths.
