ASo Multi Media and its partners will host Her Excellence Conference and Awards 2026 on March 8 to mark this year’s International Women’s Day with a gathering aimed at recognising female leadership and influence across Nigeria.

The event will spotlight 50 women drawn from different sectors of the economy for what organisers described as outstanding contributions to national development and community advancement.

The conference is expected to convene policymakers, business executives, entrepreneurs and civil society leaders for discussions on gender inclusion and sustainable growth.

Organisers said the 2026 theme, “Balance and Scales,” underpinned the role of women in shaping governance, enterprise and family life, while addressing the need for equity in leadership and decision-making spaces.

The programme will also feature keynote speeches, panel sessions and formal recognitions designed to inspire younger women entering public and private sector roles.

Project coordinator Amb. Kingsley Tolu Agboola said the initiative has grown beyond a ceremonial gathering into a platform for dialogue and collaboration.

He noted that the awards seek to document and amplify stories of resilience and innovation among Nigerian women, while building networks that extend beyond the event itself.

He said, “Her Excellence Conference and Awards is not merely an awards ceremony; it is a platform for dialogue, empowerment, collaboration and legacy-building.

“The theme ‘Balance and Scales’ speaks to the urgent need for equilibrium in leadership, governance, enterprise, family and community development.

“We are bringing together accomplished women, policymakers, corporate leaders, entrepreneurs and change-makers from across the country to inspire meaningful conversations around inclusion and sustainable progress.”
