Foreign Exhibitors Indicate Interest In 35th Enugu Trade Fair

Exhibitors from Rwanda and other foreign countries have indicated interest to participate in the forthcoming 35th International Trade Fair.

The fair, being organised by the Enugu Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (ECCIMA)has been scheduled to hold from Friday, 5th April to end on Monday 15th April, 2024 at the Permanent Trade Fair Complex, off the Enugu-Onitsha Expressway.

President of ECCIMA,  Sir Odeiga Jideonwo disclosed this at ECCIMA 1st Quarter Press Briefing and the 35th Enugu International Trade Fair Publicity Launch held on Wednesday.

He added that the fair with the  theme “Promoting Made in Nigeria Products for Global Competitiveness”, is expected to be declared open by the minister for Industry, Trade & Investment. Dr. Doris Uzoka-Anite

“We are indeed very grateful for the cooperation of members of the fourth Estate of the realm towards the successful hosting of our Fairs. Let me particularly and sincerely appreciate those of you who have conscientiously been publicising our activities. Please accept our profound gratitude.

“We have gone through and come to another full circle in the hosting of the Enugu International Trade Fair. The preparations and planning for the hosting of this 35th edition started as far back as the beginning of the 3rd Quarter of last year. I am therefore pleased to Inform you that we have made meaningful progress towards the successful hosting of this Fair.

“It  is my pleasure to inform you that a good number of corporate bodies/business organisations as well as government agencies have made very serious indications and commitments to participate in this Fair. Relatedly, the level of enquiries and interest being made from prospective participants is quite reassuring.
