Ghana Institute Recognises Real Estate Mogul

Chairman and chief executive officer of the Jeje-Ola Properties Nigeria Limited, Alhaji Sanusi Teslim Abuodun, has been conferred with chartered doctorate among others in real estate management by the Chartered Institute of Public Resources Management and Politics (CIPRMP) Ghana.

According to Koku-Bonsu vice president/chairman of Governing Council (CIPRMP) Ghana, the award is as a result of his unique and exceptional role in Nigeria’s socio-economic development.

Koku-Bonsu said, the Chartered Institute is indeed very proud of the noteworthy administrative acumen and leadership integrity of Alhaji Abiodun.

He reminded the awardee to note that his award came at a time when many dependable public leaders and professionals have lost their dignity, leadership integrity and values especially in the areas of corruption, poor accountability and transparency practices in Nigeria.

“Your impressive, excellent, enviable and incorruptible landmark of accomplishments in development  and advancement of the construction sectors has been recognized by this International institute, your  empowerment schemes towards alleviating the youths and underprivileged across various ethnic divides is also greatly commendable, we are very proud of your exemplary leadership integrity and uncommon professional track records which is indeed very phenomenal in Nigeria and also on the global stage,” he stressed.

He was also awarded with the exemplary corporate Leadership Excellence award as a world class construction professional, frontline management expert, exceptional entrepreneurial personality, a most distinguished administrative trailblazer, iconic nation builder and astute management technocrat.
