Given that the first draft has been formulated, we see it necessary to engage citizens to participate and give their inputs which in turn, fosters partnership and builds trust between the State and its citizens.
As Citizens have an important part to play in the budgeting process and the State has always made it possible in numerous ways thus relating it to the realities of our world today. By this presentation, we look forward to your participation and a robust discussion,” Ahmed said.
