Kaduna State deputy governor, Dr Hadiza Balarabe, has said Governor Uba Sani‘s investment in peace- building has built trust among residents across the state.

Balarabe said the government initiatives like the Kaduna State Peace Commission, works to mediate conflicts and build durable structures for reconciliation across communities.

She stated this when a delegation of the Joint Initiative for Strategic Religious Action (JISRA), led by the country coordinator, Mr. Jude Likita, paid her a courtesy call at Sir Kashim Ibrahim House yesterday.
Balarabe noted that “These interventions, together with grassroots engagement, have strengthened trust and made it possible to build a more secure and hopeful future.’’

Commending JISRA for its efforts promoting peace, interfaith dialogue and freedom of religion across Nigeria and globally, the deputy governor pointed out that its activities ‘’align perfectly with our own vision of a peaceful, just and prosperous Kaduna where every citizen feels protected, valued, and included.’’
