Peter Adeleke, a leadership coach and author, has made a significant impact on the global stage with the launch of his latest literary masterpiece, “Born to Lead: Called to Serve”, a work he described as a “fourth-dimensional blueprint” for raising world changers.
The book positions Adeleke among a growing number of Nigerian authors making international impact through thought leadership and transformational writing.
According to the author, leadership relevance is not measured by titles or positions, but by the level of transformation and reformation a leader catalyzes in others.
“This book is written for leaders who desire to ignite lasting transformation in the hearts and minds of those they influence,” Adeleke stated.
Speaking on his YouTube podcast, Adeleke revealed that writing his debut book was more than a literary project—it was the culmination of a lifetime of passion, reflection, and purpose. “It was about translating legacy into words,” he explained. A trained leadership coach, Adeleke said his primary goal was to give back to his community by creating a resource that inspires lasting impact.
Unlike conventional leadership manuals, ‘Born to Lead: Called to Serve’ goes beyond theories. The book tells the story of what Adeleke calls a “born and made leader”—someone destined to lead but shaped by service. That conviction inspired the title and the core message: leadership must combine servant leadership with transformational leadership as a way of life.
Adeleke credits much of his leadership philosophy to the influence of globally respected mentors, including John Maxwell, Sam Adeyemi, Joshua Selman, Daniel Olukoya, and the late Myles Munroe. He also draws inspiration from the teachings of David Yonggi Cho, whose mentorship on visionary thinking helped shape Adeleke’s concept of “fourth-dimensional leadership”—a philosophy centered on shaping perception before shaping systems.
“Leaders must first transform how they see themselves and their world,” Adeleke said. “World changers architect the future through intentional thinking and faith-driven action.”
The author described the book as a structured blueprint—complete with foundational principles, practical wisdom, character formation strategies, and a legacy-focused leadership framework. Its goal, he says, is to equip individuals to transform their environments through service-driven leadership.
In a dramatic demonstration of the book’s principles, Adeleke broke the Guinness World Records (GWR) record for the longest leadership lesson, speaking for 28 hours and 45 minutes non-stop. The marathon session delivered a comprehensive leadership curriculum inspired by the themes of the book.
The paperback edition of his new book was released on July 30, 2025, with the hardcover edition following on February 26, 2026. The book is currently available for purchase on Amazon.
Since its release, the book has featured prominently in Adeleke’s leadership tour across Lagos, Canada, and the United States. It has garnered widespread discussion, five-star ratings, and commendations from scholars and leadership experts who praise its depth, authenticity, and transformative insight.
With ‘Born to Lead: Called to Serve’, Adeleke is not just adding his voice to the leadership conversation, he is issuing a call to a generation to lead with vision, serve with purpose, and build a legacy that endures.
