I Used To Sell Recharge Cards, ‘Pure Water’ — Ex-BBNaija Housemate Kim Oprah

Big Brother Naija star, Chinonso Ibinabo Opara, popularly known as Kim Oprah, has revealed that she omce sold recharge cards, sachet water and eggs during her undergraduate days.

She stated this during an interview on ‘Tea With Tay’ podcast hosted by Taymesan.

“I went to the University of Port Harcourt, me and my sister, we used to sell recharge cards, pure water, eggs because around our side, there wasn’t a kiosk, so we became the kiosk.”

Speaking further about her days at the University of Port Harcourt, Kim Oprah said she never wanted to go to public school.

“I wanted to go to private school, but there’s this thing my mum called complete education. So me, and my sister, we did private primary and secondary schools. My brother did public school, then went to private university which was Covenant.”

While speaking about her parents, she revealed that her mother comfortably filled in the shoes of her late father.

Kim also revealed that although her mother is a die-hard fan of the Big Brother show, she (Kim Oprah), however, never thought of being on the reality TV show until her manager suggested it while she was in Lagos.
