Industrial And Commercial Expo Begins September 25

African Legacy International in collaboration with its partners will hold the 2nd edition of Industrial and Commercial Expo from September 25 to September 25, 2024 at NICON Luxury Hotel, Abuja.

The event which was earlier scheduled for August 21 to August 23, 2024 at the same venue was postponed to enable all states of the federation present their indigenous products, services and cultural heritage at the exhibition.

In a statement yesterday, president, African Legacy International, Engr. Innocent Ogu, urged the stakeholders and other organisations in the country to participate in the event.

He also called on industrial and commercial commissioners/coordinators in Nigeria to engage and consult with their relevant stakeholders within their states, mobilise their local government executives, nominate patrons from their states, and galvanise their state government to mobilise for the exhibition booths.

Ogu apologise to all esteem prospectives participants to bear with the organisers on the change of date and as well, regret any inconveniences this may have caused them.

On the economic importance of the exhibition and the need for participation, Ogu said manufacturing and commercialisation are critical to driving the economic growth of the country.

He said the the expo was designed to take the Nigerian economy to the global markets level, the event will catalyse technology transfer among stakeholders in the sectors, adding that his organisation was committed to fostering economic development through strategic initiatives.

According to him, various measures have been taken to ensure the success of the event, including the participation of more exhibitors and about 10,000 attendees.

“The 2024 Industrial and Commercial Expo represent a significant steps towards economic growth and development in Nigeria as it will showcase the nation’s potentials.” Ogu said.
