The actress’ appeal comes post the producer of hit series Power, Power Book II and Power Book III: Raising Kanan announced on Instagram that he would make a story off the scam artist, after a US Court sentenced Hushpuppi to eleven years in prison.

He writes: “For my scammers I gotta do this one. Hushpuppi series coming soon! GLGGreenLightGang I don’t miss.”

Ini Edo responded with the comment “you’re welcome, Nigerian actors are your best bet.”

The actress comments resonated with that of her counterpart Uche Jumbo who had earlier pleaded with the rapper, actor and producer, to give a Nigerian actor the opportunity to play the role.
