A statement signed by JCI’s Aso president, Olubunmi Ajayi, yesterday in Abuja said they were honoured during the 2023 convention and investiture of the 2024 president.

Ajayi who is the immediate past president lauded Transcorp Hilton, Abuja and other partners highlighting their steadfast support over the years, and for playing a pivotal role in nurturing young leaders across diverse sectors through sponsorship of developmental programmes and impactful community projects.
Ajayi noted JCI Aso’s status as a prominent local chapter of Junior Chamber International in Nigeria, based in the Abuja Metropolis.

She harped on the organisation’s presence across 29 states in Nigeria and operations in 129 countries globally.
In acknowledging its role in facilitating various programmes, training sessions, and the annual convention, Ajayi commended the hotel’s corporate social responsibility initiatives specifically aimed at youth and community development.

She further underscored the positive outcomes achieved, especially among young people and women, attributing them to the partnership’s support.
The new president Yetunde Adebisi echoed similar sentiments and commended them for the unwavering partnership.
