The Kano State Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal is currently sitting and delivering its judgment via zoom on Wednesday.

The Tribunal is sitting at the Miller Road Kano State High Court complex.

However, the parties in the case, lawyers, journalists, and other accredited persons are presently listening to the judgment at the Court premises.

The All Progressives Congress (APC) is challenging the electoral victory of Abba Kabir Yusuf of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) as the governor of Kano State as declared by INEC in the March 18 governorship election in the State.

However, the virtual judgement is experiencing some hitches over technical challenges.
