President Bola Tinubu is currently meeting with the triumphant Super Falcons of Nigeria at the State House, Abuja.

The reception for the team followed their stunning comeback victory to secure a record 10th Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) title on Saturday after defeating the hosts, Morocco 3-2 from 2 goals deficit.

The Falcons who lifted the trophy after a thrilling win over Morocco in Rabat, arrived at the forecourt of the Presidential Villa at 4:35 p.m., on Monday.

The jubilant Super Falcons were warmly received on arrival by the First Lady, Senator Remi Tinubu, and Nana Shettima, wife of the Vice President.
