The immediate past Publicity Secretary of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Kano State, Comrade Saidu Bello Said, has declared that Nigerians are poised to vote out the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2027 general elections.
Said expressed confidence that the outcome of the polls would become evident early on election day, citing growing dissatisfaction among citizens over the state of governance in the country.
He spoke in Kano on Monday in an interview with journalists, where he maintained that many Nigerians are increasingly frustrated by economic hardship, insecurity, and declining living standards, factors he believes will significantly influence voter decisions at the ballot box.
According to him, the electorate has become more politically aware and engaged, stressing that citizens are now more determined to use their votes to demand accountability and change.
“The signs are clear. Nigerians understand the situation of the country and are ready to take decisive action. The results will begin to show early on election day,” he said.
The ADC chieftain also called on Nigerians to remain committed to the democratic process, urging them to participate actively in the upcoming elections to shape the nation’s future.
His remarks come amid intensifying political activities and alignments ahead of the 2027 elections, with opposition parties strategising to challenge the dominance of the APC.
