Responding on behalf of Governor Yusuf, the commissioner for education, Umar Haruna Doguwa, pledged the support of the state government for the institute.

“I assure this institute that the executive governor will extend his support. We are undertaking this to assist everyone,” he said.

On the rationale behind establishing the institute, the registrar, Engr Muhammad Shu’aib, said, “The Khatamul Anbiya Institute of Islamic Sciences stands as a testament to our collective commitment to fostering an environment where education transcends barriers, diversity is celebrated and the true spirit of Islam guides us all towards a harmonious and prosperous society.”

He explained further that the essence of the project lies in the profound idea of imparting the teachings of Islam in all its depth and breath, with a methodology that emphasizes tolerance, dialogue among civilizations and mutual respect for alternative views.
