Kwara APC Guber Candidate, Danladi-Salihu Hails Mutawali Of Ilorin At 70

The Speaker of the Kwara State House of Assembly and All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate, Engr. Yakubu Danladi-Salihu, has congratulated the Mutawali of Ilorin Emirate, Dr Alimi AbdulRazaq, on his 70th birthday.

Danladi-Salihu described AbdulRazaq as one of Nigeria’s finest, citing his contributions to community development, human capital development and nation-building.

In a statement issued on Friday, the APC governorship candidate described the celebrant as a community leader, eminent lawyer and successful businessman who has made significant contributions in both the private and public sectors.

He said AbdulRazaq’s contributions to the development of the Ilorin Emirate had earned him the prestigious title of Mutawali of Ilorin Emirate.

AbdulRazaq, son of the late first Northern Nigerian lawyer and pioneer Mutawali of Ilorin Emirate, Alhaji A.G.F. AbdulRazaq, SAN, is the first PhD holder in Law from the Ilorin Emirate.

Danladi-Salihu wished AbdulRazaq continued good health, divine guidance and more years of service to humanity.

“The APC governorship candidate joins the family, friends and the good people of Ilorin Emirate in wishing the Mutawali of Ilorin a happy birthday filled with Allah’s endless mercy, blessings and guidance as he continues to serve humanity,” the statement added.
