In a statement signed by his chief press secretary, Rafiu Ajakaye, the governor urged Kwaras to let the lessons of Christmas guide their lives and dealings with fellow human beings.

“The governor says the season is a celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ, a key event in human history through which a bright light of God was shone to the world.

“Governor AbdulRazaq urges Kwarans to reflect upon the epoch and let its lessons guide their lives and interactions with fellow human beings.
“The governor prays that everyone has a blessed festive season,” the statement added.
