Still on the matter of flights, sometimes I wish all drivers can be as polite as pilots. You will agree with me that nearly all pilots are polite! It must be something in the air! However, not all pilots can fly a plane smoothly. I mean, Altine used to say to me, you know a good pilot by the way he lands the plane. Almost any pilot can handle a take off, it only gets tricky in the ascension from one altitude to the other.

But most pilots can manage that I guess. However you would definitely know an expert from the way he or she lands the plane. While you would hardly even notice the plane has landed in some cases, in others you feel as if your backbone has broken! Let me fast forward to a nasty landing experience I had traveling domestically. The pilot seemed like an expert from take off and while in the air.
