MC Olumiko Unveiled As Official Host For 2025 LEAD Awards

The organisers of the Leadership Excellence and Dignity (LEAD) Awards have announced Mike Halim Obafemi, widely known as MC Olumiko or The Radio Angel, as the official host for the 4th Edition of the LEAD Awards, scheduled for December 14, 2025, at the Dome International Conference Centre in the city of Akure, Ondo State.

A dynamic broadcaster, celebrated compere, actor, and voice-over professional, MC Olumiko brings over a decade of credible media and entertainment experience to the prestigious ceremony. Renowned for his eloquence, multicultural fluency and signature afrocentric energy, he has hosted major social and sporting events, created impactful media platforms, and served across leading radio stations in Osun, Ekiti and Ondo States.

He currently serves as an On-Air Personality and Deputy Director of Programmes at Glow 99.1 FM Akure.

His selection reflects the Awards’ commitment to excellence, innovation and distinguished representation. MC Olumiko’s professionalism, versatility and magnetic stage presence make him the perfect choice to anchor this year’s celebration of leadership, impact and national dignity.
