Nollywood actress Adebimpe Oyebade, popularly known as Mo Bimpe, has reacted to the heartfelt speech delivered by her husband, Lateef Adedimeji, at the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards 2026.

Her husband’s movie, ‘Lisabi’, won the awards for Best Indigenous Language Film (West Africa) and Best Makeup during the ceremony held on Saturday.

While receiving one of the awards, the actor emotionally dedicated the win to his wife, praising her support and describing her as the mother of his three children.

Reacting via her Instagram page, Mo Bimpe revealed that she still had “goosebumps” from her husband’s touching speech. The actress appreciated him for the public honour and reaffirmed her love for him.

Expressing gratitude for the recognition received by ‘Lisabi’, the actress said she was overwhelmed by the outpouring of love from fans and colleagues, as well as by the project’s success.

According to her, working on ‘Lisabi’ was a major milestone, as it marked the first large-scale project she handled alongside her husband.

“We won again! So speechless. I owe a lot to you all for the show of love; from the overwhelming celebration of our kings, to the outpouring of love to me personally, and then the big win of last night, I’m so grateful,” she wrote.

Mo Bimpe further thanked the cast and crew of the movie, including filmmaker Niyi Akinmolayan, for their contributions to the project’s success.

She also appreciated the organisers of the AMVCA for recognising their work and pledged that the team would “go even harder next time.”

Speaking directly to her husband, the actress wrote: “To my man, my partner, my husband, and the father of my kings, thank you for all. I still have goosebumps from your speech on the big stage last night. Thank you for the honour. Thank you for everything.”
