Nigeria has enormous potential to exploit the opportunities in animal husbandry to address unemployment and arrest the growing youth restiveness in the country. However, there are deficits in this sector that must be resolved    

Therefore it is necessary to harness these potentials and as well do massive investments and employ modern technology to drive the sector.
