The mother of Ahmed Tinubu (16), a student of the government technical college in Kaduna who was brutally killed, has cried out for justice, saying her son must not die in vain.

The bereaved mother stormed the Magistrate Court of Kabala Doki Kaduna in the company of other family members and sympathisers.

Recall that an SS2 student of Government Technical College Malali in Kaduna North local government area of Kaduna State was brutally killed, and his corpse was found within the school premises with his hands and legs tied together on February 16, 2025.

The mother of the deceased alleged that the Kaduna  State government neglected the family since the incident happened.

“I want the public to know that no matter what, I, the mother of late Ahmed Musa, won’t get back until I get justice; merely looking at the murder case is like the Kaduna State government and the Nigerian police want to frustrate us in getting justice”.

She threatened to embark on protests with women groups across Kaduna State.

She called for intervention from human rights groups such as Amnesty International.

Meanwhile, the Chief Magistrate Court of Kabala Doki Kaduna, Justice Naheed Ibrahim Abdulhamid, again adjourned the murder case of Ahmed until 27th May 2025.
