One of the motorists, Chukudi Felix, traveling from Enugu to Abuja, told LEADERSHIP that sometimes he spent between 30 minutes and one hour on that portion of the road.

“We want the federal and state governments to come to our aid. We know that this is a federal government road, but the state government can intervene,” he said.A commuter who identified herself as Oninye Ike, lamented that their vehicle was on one spot for one and a half hours, and called on the government to provide urgent intervention.
