MTN Nigeria Rewards Sales Team, Trade Partners At Awards

MTN Nigeria recently hosted its sales team and partners, from across the country, to a three-day conference that ended with an elegant Gala Night. The 2023 Sales Conference, themed “LEAD: Lead, Evolve, Attain, Dominate,” featured discussions that are integral to the continuous growth and success of MTN in the new year.

The Awards night hosted in Lagos  on February 16th celebrated members of the sales team and trade partners. During the owambe themed gala, MTN Nigeria recognised exceptional performances and presented awards to deserving customer acquisition partners and sales associates.

At the event, the chief sales and distribution officer, MTN Nigeria, Olusina Adegoke, congratulated the team on a successful 2022 and expressed appreciation for their hard work and dedication. He welcomed the guests with excitement and encouraged them to be merry, in celebration of a great sales year.

Various winners emerged in 32 awards categories for both staff and partners including the Customer Acquisition Partner of the Year, Data Trade Partners of the Year, and Best Sales and Trade Delivery Manager of the year, amongst others.

A highlight of the evening was the Fortune 100 category awards, which recognises outstanding work amongst trade partners. Zeff Associate Nigeria Limited, Spatel Nigeria Limited and Airtime Networks Limited were awarded the silver category while Emvee Global Services and G-wills Nigeria Limited emerged as winners in the gold category.
