The National Agency For Science and  Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI) has  distributed 350  smokeless stoves and  pressure pots to rural women and households in  Bagudo local  government area of  Kebbi State.

The  gesture which approved by  President Muhammadu Buhari through  NASENI is to discourage the  use of  firewood and  minimise deforestation in  the  state  and  the  country.

While  distributing the  items to beneficiaries alongside the executive vice chairman and  chief  executive of  NASENI,  Prof Mohammed Sani  Haruna and other top government officials on behalf of  NASENI yesterday in  Bagudo town, Governor Abubakar Atiku Bagudu acknowledged the development strides engineered by  Buhari in Kebbi  State, the North West and  Nigeria.

He urged people of the  state to  reciprocate the  gesture by voting for  Tinubu/Shattima and  other  APC  candidates at  all  levels in  the  forthcoming general elections.
