Comptroller-General of the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Kemi Nandap, disclosed this on Monday during a visit by a Dutch delegation led by the Chargé D’Affaires of the Embassy of the Netherlands in Nigeria, Mr. Jurgen Bartelink.

According to a statement by NIS spokesperson, ACI Akinsola Akinlabi, the high-level strategic meeting focused on deepening migration cooperation between the two countries.

The visit, a follow-up to the CGIS’s earlier trip to the Netherlands, highlighted enhanced bilateral collaboration on migration governance, capacity-building, and the formal handover of key operational tools—including the Edison software license keys and the Passport Examination Programme Manual (PEPM III App).

The statement disclosed that the meeting, “Focused on enhancing bilateral collaboration on migration management, reviewing ongoing capacity-building efforts, and formalising the handover of critical operational resources, including the Edison software license keys and the Passport Examination Programme Manual, PEPM III App, to the Nigeria Immigration Service.”
