National president of the Ohanaeze Youth Council, Igboayaka Igboayaka, has urged Igbo youths to prepare for leadership and contribute their quota to the growth and development of Igbo land.

‎‎Igboayaka stated this at the inauguration of the newly elected executive committee of the Abia State chapter of the council and the 2025 convention of the group in Umuahia, the state capital.

‎‎He charged members of the committee with mobilising progressive-minded Igbo youths across the state for the task in line with the vision and aspirations of past Igbo patriotic leaders.

‎‎The Igbo youth leader said they must not betray the confidence reposed in them.

‎‎In their remarks, the council national publicity secretary, Authority Ukpabi and the convention committee secretary, Lucky Uzochi, described the election as hitch-free, fair, and credible.
