Ohwojero Honoured As Real Estate Personality Of The Year

In recognition of his remarkable achievements and impact on Nigeria’s real estate sector, Mr. Morris Jerry Ohwojero, has been named Real Estate Personality of the Year at the 2025 Peace Achievers International Awards held in Abuja.

Ohwojero is the managing director and chief executive officer of Bricks ’n’ More Nigeria Limited.

The accomplished entrepreneur was also conferred with an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Leadership and Business Administration by the America Management University, California, USA, in celebration of his outstanding contributions to business excellence, peace advocacy, and socio-economic development.

Mr. Ohwojero, a native of Ughelli South in Delta State and a graduate of the University of Lagos (UNILAG), has distinguished himself as a visionary leader with over a decade of transformative work in Nigeria’s real estate and construction industry. Under his leadership, Bricks ’n’ More Nigeria Limited has grown into a formidable force in commercial property development, delivering innovative, sustainable business hubs and creating employment opportunities nationwide.

Through strategic foresight and unwavering commitment to quality, his company has spearheaded landmark projects that continue to shape Nigeria’s commercial property landscape. His leadership philosophy, anchored on service, responsibility, and integrity, has also positioned him as a leading voice in the sector.
