In an effort to address the transportation challenges in Edo South, Senator Monday Okpebholo, who is the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Party (APC) in the upcoming September 21 Edo State election, has donated two luxury buses to the senatorial district.

The gesture was part of his ongoing commitment to providing free transport services for the people of the region, demonstrating his dedication to improving the daily lives of his constituents.

Senator Okpebholo currently represents Edo South in the Senate.

The newly donated buses are set to significantly ease the burden of transportation for many residents, particularly those who struggle with the high cost of commuting. Senator Okpebholo’s initiative has been widely praised as a thoughtful and impactful contribution to the community, reinforcing his reputation as a leader who prioritises the needs of the people.

“This donation is not just about buses; it’s about ensuring that our people have access to reliable and free transportation,” Senator Okpebholo said during the handover ceremony. “My goal is to make life a little easier for everyone in Edo South, especially those who rely on public transport to get around.”
