Super Eagles defender, Ola Aina has joined the ongoing debate about the top Afrobeats artistes in Nigeria.

Nottingham Forest was asked to rank his top 4 afrobeats artists in a recent episode of ‘The Inside Scope’ podcast, and he mentioned Burna Boy, Wizkid, Davido and Asake.

He said, “My top 4 afrobeats artists? Burna Boy is number 1 because whatever he drops is going to bang. So that’s why he’s number 1. It may be a little bit biased but he’s there.

“Second is Wizkid. Wizkid would have been first but I think that would have just been the nostalgia kicking in because lately, he has been overtaken.

“Davido is third because he drops a lot of songs so definitely, there would be a few bangers.
