The much-anticipated adventurous docuseries by American actor and film producer, ‘On the Roam’ Season 2, is set to debut on May 14, 2026, on HBO Max. The trailer, exclusive to PEOPLE, shows the actor as he journeys across the country and meets new people along the way.
The documentary series is described as chill, emotional and inspiring, as the actor talks about chasing his “crazy dreams” and learning from others. It shows Momoa in pursuit of “art, adventure and friendship through the lens of craftsmanship,” according to a synopsis from HBO Max.
The ‘Aquaman’ actor explains in the trailer that “roaming” isn’t just about the “places” you stumble across — it’s about “the people, the love and the craft.”
“All over the world, there are so many people who inspire me. People doing what they were meant to do.
“I want to support the people that I admire. There’s so many passions worth chasing. And there’s always so much to learn.”
The video clip shows Momoa as he meets and engages with various craftsmen, joins a motorcycle crew, receives a few guitar lessons, visits a saloon and learns from his “favourite artist” Julian Schnabel.
