The organizers of the annual inter law-firm football competition in the FCT, Abuja Lawyers League, have announced preparations for this year’s competition.
Speaking with the team lead, Barrister Olujimi Olujide-Poko, said this year’s competition, which is the 8th edition in the series, has been tagged ‘The COPPA DEI CAMPIONI 2024’.
He stated further that the competition which is scheduled to kick start April 13, 2024 and run till June 22, 2024, will climax with an annual awards/dinner ceremony on the 23rd of June, 2024.
The organizers while expressing readiness to host yet another remarkable edition of the football tournament, Olujide-Poko declared that those who witnessed the last edition, which was the 7th edition in honour CHUKWUKA IKWUAZOM SAN, would attest to the fact that unforgettable sweet memories were created.
“We implore our dear colleagues and friends of the bar not to miss out on this year’s edition. The sponsor of this year’s edition shall be unveiled soon.
“Everyone should watchout for the prediction challenge wherein fans have the opportunity of winning cash prizes by predicting who the sponsor/host of this year’s edition is will be announced soon.
