The Poverty Alleviation and Wealth Creation Agency (PAWECA) has announced the resumption of data capture for beneficiaries of the Fintiri Business Wallet programme across Adamawa State following the suspension of the exercise for the Sallah break.

In a statement issued by the Director-General of the agency, Dr. Michael Zira, the exercise is scheduled to resume on Monday, June 1, 2026.

According to the statement, all field staff have been directed to return to their designated posting areas across the 21 Local Government Areas of the state to continue the registration and capturing of beneficiaries yet to be enrolled in the programme.

Dr. Zira reaffirmed the agency’s commitment to inclusivity and transparency, assuring that every eligible beneficiary in possession of a PAWECA form would be captured in the exercise.

He appealed to members of the public to remain patient and cooperate with officials to ensure a smooth, peaceful, and orderly process throughout the state.
