PDP Releases Time Table For Adamawa Council Poll

The Peoples Democratic Party has released a time-table for the state’s local government elections slated for July 13, 2024 in Adamawa State.

State chairman of the party, Barrister Tahir Shehu, said the document which was made public during the party’s stakeholders meeting in Yola yesterday said the party was ready to canvass support across the state to ensure victory at the councils.

Governor Ahmadu Fintiri called for unity and tolerance among members of the party as it prepares for the election.

Fintiri, represented by his deputy, Professor Kaletapwa Farauta, advised PDP members to learn to live with one another to enable government continue its provision of dividends of democracy to the people.

He called for tolerance among party members, encouraging them to go out en mass to campaign for the victory of the PDP.
