Three youths in Eku, Delta State have been arrested for the murder of a barber in Abraka, Delta State over N10,000 debt.

The suspects were said to have contracted the barber to make dreads for them in Abraka for N15,000.

The barber said he was too busy, so the boys asked for a refund and the barber was said to have refunded N5,000 promising to pay the balance the next day.

The police public relations officer, (PPRO), DSP Bright Edafe, confirmed this in a post via his X handle.

He said the three boys later went to his shop, to make their dreads, a fight ensued between them and the barber, during which one of them used an iron mopping stick to hit the barber.
