Multiple award-winning content creator and actress Bukunmi Adeaga-Ilori, alias KieKie, has revealed why she decided to live with her husband before marriage.

The ‘Ileowo’ actress, in a chat with Toke Makinwa, said her reasons for doing so were practical, noting that when they moved in together, their traditional marriage rites were already completed. They were getting ready for the white wedding.

The actress also mentioned that her rent had expired when she decided to live with her husband, so she chose to move in with him rather than renew the lease.

“Before my husband and I got married, we lived together for about four months. My rent had expired, and we were getting married in January, so I said to myself, ‘Why pay another rent?’ “

While Kie Kie noted that people might judge her actions, she was not ready to waste money. She pointed out that they had already done their introduction.
