Singer Habeeb Okikiola Badmus, professionally known as Portable, has reacted to his recent boxing defeat to content creator Carter Efe, addressing public reaction and turning the moment into music.

In a video shared on his Instagram page, the controversial artiste expressed frustration over what he described as a lack of support from fans. He pointed out the irony of people failing to attend his concerts, yet showing interest in moments of his setbacks. Despite the loss, Portable noted that he continues to dominate online conversations, highlighting his ability to stay relevant.

Not stopping there, the singer released a diss track seemingly inspired by the incident. In the song, he suggested he remains street-smart and resilient despite industry challenges, using his music as a tool to navigate and respond to critics.

The development has sparked mixed reactions on social media. While some users praised his talent and ability to monetise trending moments quickly, others criticised both his lyrics and behaviour. A few commenters described him as underrated and business-savvy, noting his knack for turning controversy into content, while others dismissed his latest release as unimpressive.
