President Muhammadu Buhari has congratulated Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje of Kano State on his 73rd birthday.
The governor marks his 73rd birthday today and his wife, Professor Hafsat Ganduje, marks hers on December 28.
Buhari in a statement by his media aide, Garba Shehu commended the governor for his leadership and administrative acumen and wished him a happy birthday.
The president also saluted Ganduje for his work on security and infrastructure, describing him as the builder of “a secure and prosperous Kano State.”
He urged the governor to continue according importance to the welfare of the poor along with development.v
