Prince Harry, Meghan Markle Confirm UK Visit With Children In July

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, have confirmed they will travel to the United Kingdom with their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, this July.

The upcoming trip marks the first time the entire family will visit the UK together since June 2022, when they attended the Platinum Jubilee celebrations of the late Queen Elizabeth II.

Reports indicate that Prince Archie, 7, and Princess Lilibet, 5, will travel with their parents for private family reasons but will not participate in any scheduled public appearances. The family is expected to stay at a royal estate after King Charles III extended an official accommodation offer, which provides the family with established on-site security coverage during their stay.

While in the UK, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will attend several public and private engagements linked to their charitable foundations. Prince Harry will participate in an Invictus Games Foundation seminar at Chatham House and visit the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham to launch the one-year countdown to the 2027 Invictus Games.

Additionally, the Duke of Sussex will visit Birmingham Children’s Hospital to mark the 20th anniversary of the first WellChild Nurse and attend an event in Warwickshire for Scotty’s Little Soldiers, a charity for bereaved military children.

The visit offers an opportunity for King Charles III to spend time with his grandchildren, who have resided in California since their parents stepped back from official royal duties in 2020.
