A real estate firm, AceRoyal, has secured the backing of the Lagos State government for its flagship development, Downtown Lagos, a proposed commercial city within Labour City, Ibeju-Lekki, marking a significant milestone for the project and reinforcing its strategic importance within the state’s long-term economic vision.

The government’s allocation of land for the development signals institutional confidence in the project and underscores Lagos’ continued commitment to leveraging private sector partnerships to drive urban expansion.

AceRoyal Estates, said the endorsement represents more than regulatory approval, it is a validation of the project’s vision to deliver a structured, investment-grade commercial hub within Lagos’ new urban frontier.
