Residents To Identify, Reclaim Recovered Vehicles In Ogun

Ogun State Police command has called on members of the public, particularly those whose vehicles or motorcycles were stolen, or towed away to an unknown destination to visit its Divisional Headquarters at the Owode-Yewa for a possible identification and reclaiming process.

This was contained in a public notice signed by the command’s spokesperson, SP Omolola Odutola, copy of which was made available to LEADERSHIP yesterday in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital.

The notice with reference No: Ref No: AZ:531o/0GS/PRO/VOL.7/183 and dated 7th July, 2024, clearly indicated that two vehicles and eight (8) “BAJAJ” brand of motorcycles are awaiting identification and reclaim at the divisional headquarters in Owode of which five of them are unregistered.

The Police’s notice reads in part: “vehicles and motorcycles are: one Golf Car with registration number AZ 153 BWR; one Toyota Camry Car with registration number GGE 328 BC; five unregistered motorcycles; one BAJAJ motorcycle with registration number MEK 985 QH; another BAJAJ motorcycle with registration number TRE 95G WY and a BAJAJ motorcycle with registration number KSA 234 QJ.”
