Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Faces New Sexual Assault Lawsuit From Former Child Actor

American music mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is facing a fresh sexual assault lawsuit from a former child actor.

The claimant, identified in court documents as John Doe, alleges that the incident took place during a networking event in the Hollywood Hills in 2007.

According to the lawsuit, John Doe claimed Combs invited him for a private discussion about career opportunities. He alleged that the encounter later became abusive.

The claimant further alleged that he expressed discomfort during the incident. He said Combs assured him he would be considered for future opportunities before leaving him alone. The former actor is seeking unspecified damages and claims those responsible for the event failed in their duty to protect him.

Responding to the allegations, Combs’ representative, Juda Engelmayer, told TMZ that the claims were false and without merit. He described the lawsuit as an attempt to obtain money and maintained that Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone, including a child.

The representative said:

“The allegations from this so-called nameless child actor are false and ridiculous. He’s just another hater in a long list of people trying to get in on the money gravy train encouraged by personal injury lawyers. Mr Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone, and that includes any child! These allegations will be disproved like all the rest.”

The lawsuit followed Sean Combs’ conviction in a federal court last year on two counts of transporting individuals for prostitution. He was cleared of more serious allegations, including racketeering conspiracy.

In October, Combs was sentenced to four years in prison, with one year of time served already credited. He is expected to be released in February 2028, followed by five years of supervised release.

The music mogul is currently being held at FCI Fort Dix after his transfer from MDC Brooklyn. His representatives said he is taking part in the Residential Drug Abuse Programme.

Before sentencing, Combs submitted a four-page letter of apology to the judge.

In it, he admitted he had “lost his mind” and described prison as a humbling experience that had changed him.
