The prosecutor, ASP Raji Akeem, informed the court that the defendants committed the offences on Oct. 29, 2023, at SKYVille Company located at No. 9, Acme Road, Ogba, Lagos State.

Akeem stated that the defendants, who worked as security personnel at the company, conspired and stole the bus valued at N8.5 million and 400 solar panels valued at N2.624,000.

He noted that the offences contravened Sections 287 and 411 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.
