The donated items were received by the executive secretary of Oyo State Primary Health Board, Dr. Tunde Olatunji, health workers and residents.

Among the 89 items were a motorcycle, generating set, beds and mattresses, fire extinguisher, sterilizer, stethoscope, thermometers and several others.

Alli said the donation fulfilled part of his electioneering promises aimed at improving the well-being of the people through enhanced, accessible, and efficient healthcare services across his constituency.

The senator said quality health was a basic right, saying the initiative complements President Bola Ahmed Tinubu led federal government’s efforts in transforming Primary Healthcare Centres (PHCs) for better service delivery.

Alli stated that similar gestures would soon be extended to other Primary Healthcare Centres, especially those in the Ibarapa zone of Oyo South Senatorial District.
